When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not receive or store your Google password.

• Transaction hashes you submit for payment verification

• Nationality, citizenship, or country of residence
• Government-issued identification numbers

• Financial information beyond publicly visible wallet addresses and transaction hashes

4. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Data

OnlyGens does not custody, hold, or transfer cryptocurrency on behalf of users. We store wallet addresses provided by creators and transaction hashes submitted by subscribers. Transaction verification is performed by querying public blockchain data. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes are inherently public on the blockchain and are not considered private data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Public profiles: Your display name, avatar, and uploaded content are visible to other users
• Creator wallet addresses: Displayed to subscribers for payment purposes
• Service providers: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting
• Legal obligations: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies for authentication session management and local storage for user preferences such as age verification status, theme, and language settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for the duration of the service to maintain subscription history and platform integrity. If you delete your account, your profile information will be removed, but transaction records and uploaded content may be retained as required for operational or legal purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Google OAuth, and access controls on our database. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
